The day begins with the same morning orientation as the half-day introduction, where David introduces the core ideas and perspectives of leadership as guardianship. This ensures everyone starts from a shared understanding.
In the afternoon, the work shifts from orientation to application.
Leaders are guided to work with the ideas more actively – exploring how guardianship shows up in real situations, conversations, and leadership choices.
This is a day for slowing down, reflecting honestly, and beginning to translate perspective into practice, supported by clear guidance and structured reflection.
