Description
This half-day workshop offers an orientation into leadership as guardianship.
David introduces a different way of understanding leadership, culture, and performance — one that invites leaders to step back and see their role, their people, and their organisations from a wider view.
The morning is largely guided and reflective. Participants are invited to listen, take in the ideas, and consider how this perspective might inform their own leadership and culture.
The work is thoughtful, practical, and designed to be taken back into everyday leadership.
What this includes
-
A three-hour morning session (9am – 12pm) introducing the Guardian Leadership worldview
-
Core ideas and perspectives leaders can take back into their own cultures
-
Space for reflection, note-taking, and questions
This workshop suits leaders looking for clarity, orientation, and a considered introduction to Guardian Leadership.
The workshop takes place online over Zoom – sessions will be recorded.
