For deepening impact, culture and legacy

Guardian Leadership is a small, invitation-based programme for serious business leaders who want to step beyond managing people and start shaping legacy.

This is not about tactics, hacks, or surface-level leadership skills.

It is about maturity, presence, and responsibility, and the kind of leadership that creates enduring performance and culture.

About the programme

Guardian Leadership is a 5-month journey, beginning with an intensive 3-month core programme, followed by monthly integration sessions.

  • Two session each week for the 5 months (50 sessions in total):
    – Every Monday to start the week with intention and a plan
    – Every Thursday for evaluation of the week

  • Group size: a group of maximum 10 leaders

  • A private online community space for further guidance, integration, and connection with the group

  • Ongoing guidance & integration: clear guidance, reflection frameworks, and practical plans between sessions

  • Pricing: the total investment for the five-month programme is NZD $10,000 + gst
The payment structure is: $1,000 commitment fee on registration, followed by:
    – $1,000 in the first month
    – $2,000 per month for each of the remaining months

NOTE: This programme prioritises depth over content. The power sits in the work you do in between sessions – where reflection turns into action, and leadership is lived, not discussed.

This is not another leadership course. It’s a commitment to doing the work.

What is Guardian Leadership?

The shift: from control to guardianship

Many organisations operate from control-the-ship leadership:

  • Fear of mistakes
  • Caution over courage
  • Compliance over ownership

Guardianship is different.

Guardians lead from a vision that is not about them.
They create environments where people feel genuine belonging, take responsibility, and invest as if the organisation were their own.

High performance, innovation, cultural resilience, and legacy grow from this ground.

The three foundations of Guardian Leadership:

Our first cohort begins in March.

Guidance by David Galbraith

Guardian Leadership is guided by David Galbraith, a New Zealand–registered psychologist with decades of experience working at the highest levels of performance.

Alongside his work in business, David has worked in the top echelon of high-performance sport, including four Olympic campaigns, supporting athletes, coaches, and leadership teams operating under sustained pressure. He brings this depth into his work with senior business leaders — helping them grow cultures of maturity, responsibility, and enduring performance.

His work is not about techniques or motivation, but about the inner and relational foundations that allow people, teams, and organisations to perform — and endure.
