David Galbraith has brought the ideas, reflections and practices at the heart of Guardian Leadership together into one complete 12-week experience, drawing on more than 25 years of deep work with leaders, teams and high-performance environments. This is not simply a leadership book to read and put down. It is a practical and deeply reflective expedition designed to be lived - inviting you to examine who you are as a leader, the relationships your leadership creates, and the culture that grows around you. Across twelve weeks, David guides you through the three dimensions of Guardian Leadership - ME: the Energy Within, WE: the Energy Between, and US: the Energy of Unity. Each week brings together David’s thinking with opportunities to pause and reflect, experiences to take into your real leadership environment, and journal practices that help turn insight into lived change. You will explore courage and fear, identity and authenticity, trust, responsibility, success, integrity and the quieting of ego - always returning to one central question: What does the way I lead encourage to grow around me? This is leadership development that does not end when you finish reading a page. The invitation is to take the work into your conversations, your decisions, your relationships and your team - to notice what changes in you, what changes between you and others, and ultimately what begins to grow around you. Whether you undertake the expedition independently or use it alongside the guided Guardian Leadership Expedition, it has been created to be returned to, reflected upon, written in and, most importantly, lived.
