Description
This half-day workshop offers an orientation into creating courageous, steady, and purposeful classrooms.
David introduces a grounded and practical way of understanding classroom culture – one that invites teachers to step back and consider the emotional environment they are creating each day. (Also read the full Keynote workshop for schools for the wider philosophy)
The morning is largely guided and reflective. Teachers are invited to listen, consider, and assess the influence of their own presence – how they shape tone, connection, rhythm, courage, and responsibility within the room.
The work is thoughtful, practical, and designed to be taken back into everyday teaching.
