8-Week Intensive | The Guardian Coach

Description

The Guardian Coach Intensive is an eight-week applied development experience for coaches who want to embed the principles of Guardian-based coaching into their real coaching environment.

Delivered in a small cohort of ten or fewer coaches, this programme moves beyond theory and into sustained application.

Across eight weeks, participants work deeply with:

• The inner world of the coach: presence, maturity, and relationship with pressure
• The relational environment: trust, communication, and responsibility
• The culture of the team: shared standards, ownership, and alignment
• The eight critical decisions required to coach phenomenally

Between sessions, coaches actively implement the framework within their own teams and return to reflect, refine, and strengthen their approach.

This is not a qualification or a content-heavy course. It is a structured opportunity to deepen your influence as a coach and build environments where both people and performance are held as sacred.

Weekly live sessions are held on Tuesdays 6.30am for the duration of the programme. All sessions are recorded and shared.
