Making your influence intentional

The Guardian Coach Intensive is a structured eight-week container where we meet, set intention, reflect honestly, and integrate the work in real time within your own coaching environment.

This is practical work for coaches who are ready to engage seriously with the influence they have. We step back from the pace of training and competition, examine the environment you are shaping, and bring that awareness directly into your daily coaching.

The emphasis is on depth and application, on the energy you bring into pressure situations, the quality of your conversations, the standards you model and expect, and how responsibility is cultivated within your athletes and teams.

The real work happens between sessions, where reflection turns into practice, and coaching is lived in real environments.

This is not another coaching course. It is a commitment to developing the way you shape culture.

Who this is for

This is for coaches working with athletes or teams at any level and who:

  • deeply care about the people they work with
  • feel responsible for the culture they create
  • are willing to reflect honestly on their own impact
  • want their athletes and teams to take genuine responsibility for performance
  • are committed to developing themselves, not just their strategies

Practical details

  • A live group session each week for the duration of the intensive
    – Sessions are on Tuesdays 6.30am
    – Sessions are recorded and shared

  • Group size: a group of maximum 10 coaches

  • A private online community space for further guidance, integration, and connection with the group

  • Guidance & integration: clear guidance, reflection frameworks, and practical plans between sessions

  • Pricing: the total investment for the 8 Week Intensive NZD $2,500 incl gst
