The Guardian Teacher Immersion
For teachers shaping classrooms where courage, connection, and learning thrive
An eight-week intensive for teachers and school leaders ready to bring guardian-based teaching into their classrooms.
If the Guardian Teaching philosophy is new to you, you may wish to begin with the philosophy before continuing.

Who this is for
This is for teachers of both primary and secondary schools who:
- recognise the influence they have on the culture of their classroom and want to shape that influence with greater intention
-
care deeply about the environment their students learn within.
-
genuinly want classrooms where students feel safe, connected, and willing to try.
- are willing to reflect honestly on their own presence and influence in the room.
